With Inventit™ MobiConnect, you can check status of the smartphone or apply necessary settings to multiple devices in batch. This enables the administrator to easily and centrally manage terminals from different carriers.
Get Device Information
Information of the smartphone can be remotely obtained with Inventit™ MobiConnect. In addition to firmware version such as OS version of the device, detailed information including applications in use or active, remaining battery level, and free memory space can be obtained. It allows remote status checking with each smartphone whenever needed. Device information obtained can be exported to a .csv format for easy inventory management.
Remote Batch Setting
It is very cumbersome to manually configure corporate-wide common settings such as for wireless LAN and email to each smartphone. Inventit™ MobiConnect enables configuration of a common set of data to multiple smartphones remotely in batch (configurable contents depend on models and OS). With its tagging feature, settings specific to an individual smartphone can be predefined to the device. This tagging information can be used to remotely configure the common settings as device-specific data.
Distribution of Applications and Files
Some applications and files may be shared within a business unit or department. With Inventit™ MobiConnect, these common applications and files can be remotely distributed to multiple smartphones before being provided to users. It makes it possible to always provide necessary and common applications or files to all the smartphones across the company. A list of currently installed applications can be remotely obtained as well.
